He served as president of the Japan office for two

Mr. He£ími lived in
America for almost twelve years. During this period,
he studied in Sacramento, California, and he learned
a lot about western culture and philosophy. After
he returned, he has devoted himself to search businesses
for more than ten years, where he has gained great
experience in the executive search business and has
provided career consultations to numerous candidates.
He specializes in several industrial domains, ranging
from pharmaceutical and medical devices, semiconductor
and electronic devices. He also has experience in
luxury brand goods. Because of his industrial specialty,
he is highly admired and trusted among his clients
and candidates in those industries. Along with his
occupation as a search consultant, he teaches four
English lectures in a university once a week to contribute
to youth education. He loves cars and dogs, and he
enjoys surfing on weekends. He graduated from California
State University with a bachelor's degree in chemistry.

Mr. Ishigaki started
his career as an engineer and he advanced his career
by leveraging his experience in America and his English
skills to become a manager.
As the president of foreign affiliated companies, he
tackled corporate revival for SAS Software K.K., Sterling
Software K.K. and PeopleSoft Japan K.K. during his
three to five years of each assignment.
He has many good long-term friendships in America and
his personality is highly admired. He has a good trusting
relationship with his customers and his subordinates.
With his interest in search business, he volunteered
to become an advisor, hoping that he would be able
to nurture future executives by using his experience
as leverage. He has a good knowledge of IT, software
and electronics industry. He resigned as the vice president
of Foreign-affiliated Information Industry Forum in
March and currently serves as an advisory board member.
